Love Your Guts Co was born in the earthy kitchen of a young passionate couple in tranquil Forth, Tasmania. Determined to follow their healthy living principals, Caleb and Tarley began to experiment and delve into the ancient craft of fermenting. The fresh and tasty results, fermented from produce lovingly grown in the rich volcanic Tasmanian soils soon developed a following.

The growth of Love Your Guts Co has been a direct result of a probiotic happy public – demanding more of the deliciously fresh and tasty fare that this little family business has created.

​Three young families now form the backbone of this Tasmanian company and proudly offer probiotic rich, pure and delicious foods and drinks. The signature sauerkraut, kimchi and water kefir products are made with passion, love and mindfully grown local produce.

Love Your Guts Co is dedicated to delivering a healthy and tasty choice, taking a mindful approach and giving back to the planet where ever possible.
